I built this for a reason.

I lived that. It nearly cost me everything. Until I worked out the one thing that actually shifts it: the business only grows as far as the person leading it.

So here's my mission, and I don't say it lightly. Heal the world through business. Not as metaphor. As mechanism.

Small and medium businesses are the hidden prosperity engine of every economy. They employ most of the people, build most of the wealth, shape most of the lives. When the founder leading one is clear-minded and healed, everything downstream of them changes. Multiply that by enough founders and you don't just have better companies. You have freedom.

My vision: one million conscious founders, leading with a clear mind and a healed heart, building companies that don't swallow them whole and that change the lives of everyone they touch.
